Regulatory Reporting Glossary
N-PORT

Definition: The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requires registered management investment companies and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) organized as Unit Investment Trusts to file N-PORT to report on a fund’s portfolio and risk metrics.

Example: Registered investment companies, such as open-end and closed-end funds, must report detailed portfolio holdings, monthly total returns, net asset value (NAV), liquidity metrics, and security lending activities.
