At Indus Valley Partners, we moved to an all-remote work environment in March, which will continue to remain in effect until December 31st, 2020. With ongoing support from our dedicated employees and leadership, we have been able to smoothly adapt as an organization while maintaining business continuity and client services over the past six months due to our digital-first operating model. We also strongly believe that providing remote work infrastructure, such as the necessities for a home office setup, is crucial to not only maintain heightened levels of productivity but also ensure maximum comfort of employees during these challenging times.
