Indus Valley Partners Enhances Regulatory Reporting Solution to Support CAT Regulation

New York, NY – January 16, 2019 – Indus Valley Partners, a provider of technology solutions to the buy side, has announced today the launch of its new CAT module for its industry-leading global regulatory reporting platform, Regulatory Reporting (Raptor). Designed to assist funds in complying with FINRA’s proposed consolidated audit trail (CAT) initiative, IVP’s CAT module enables users to streamline daily regulatory obligations in an effectively managed and timely manner.

CAT, which will go live in November 2019, is a single, consolidated central repository that collects information on trade origination, order reporting, cancellations, modifications and executions for all exchange-listed equities and options throughout the US National Market System (NMS).

With the assistance of IVP’s new module, industry members and interactive brokers can seamlessly streamline trade/order workflows and transaction reporting including exception management and reference data integration. The module also provides comprehensive encapsulations as per the regulation’s prescribed formats to assist funds in directly reporting order entities and events on a daily basis.

Key features include:

  • Seamless connectivity via both JSON and CSV
  • Exception monitoring and management interface
  • Process rationalization for connectivity with transaction reporting platforms
  • Assistance with time-series analytics

“Since its inception, Regulatory Reporting (Raptor) has provided clients with a transparent and comprehensive platform to ensure seamless compliance as new and evolving regulations enter the market,” said Gurvinder Singh, CEO of Indus Valley Partners. “Although the demanding nature of CAT will have multiple implications for managers, Regulatory Reporting (Raptor) will continue to enable clients to adapt to the reporting requirements that the CAT encompasses.”

Currently supporting 75+ clients with over $750 billion in regulatory assets under management, Regulatory Reporting (Raptor) provides compliance support for more than 35 global filings including AIFMD, Form PF, Form 13-D/F/G, CPO-PQR, CTA-PR, OPERA, MiFID II, solvency and global disclosures.
