Responsibilities:
  • Writing and upgrading reports using Advent Geneva RSL.
  • Provide functional solutions to clients related various assets classes in Geneva
  • System setup – application and core server setup and optimization
  • Take ownership of tasks/projects and prepare designs/plans to meet client/internal product needs
  • Understand requirements from clients/IVP analysts and suggest appropriate solution options leveraging custom development and/or IVP products
  • Maintaining high coding and system design standards across the team
  • Motivated and committed to succeed in tightly knit/globally distributed teams to meet tight deadlines from functionally demanding clients
  • Learning about alternative investment industry and generating ideas to grow client footprint/new product ideas
Qualifications:
  • Hands on experience/ Working knowledge of Advent Geneva {esp. following modules}
    • Booking and managing Bank Debt trade flows
    • Swaps & Var. Rate Schedules
    • Handling Corporate actions
  • Hands on experience of writing and upgrading RSLs / RDLs
    • Both new RSLs and Version Migrations
    • Working knowledge of BIS workspace and AGA
  • Working knowledge of various versions of Geneva
  • Data reconciliation of report output across different version of Geneva.
  • Hands on experience of SSRS/SSIS.
  • Relational database development in SQL Server.
  • Basic understanding of .Net/Perl/Shell will be an addition advantage.
  • B.E. / M.E. in Computer Science or an Engineering discipline
  • 2-5 years of technical experience on Advent Geneva.
  • Experience in front/middle/back office automation areas like Order Management System, Portfolio Accounting Management System, Reconciliation, Security & Market Data Management etc. would be an added advantage
